Data Export IO: Report

This app solved a problem I was having with downloads for VAT returns, but due to it flexibility, I believe we will be using this for more things in the future. The support wasn't available on the weekend, but they were very quick and responsive on Monday and we got everything resolved. Great app, and great support!!

I have been using this app for years. It saves me a lot of time! Instead of manually sorting data, this app does it in a matter of seconds. It is very helpful to help me see how much inventory and what items we sell in a specific time frame, so I can plan my Purchase orders, also it helps me quickly visualize where sales come from. There are 100s of possibilities. Highly recommend. I keep it because of its reasonable pricing as well, AND their customer service is very responsive and they can create custom tables in seconds for you!

We’ve been using this app for a while and it has exceeded expectations. There are tons of preset reports to choose from and the custom report functionality is incredibly flexible, perfect for tracking exactly what we need.

We have been using another paid app to extract data and then, use Google sheet to convert the data to Xero template. It was the only solution we have and very time consuming. Recently, we came across Data Export app and it has Xero template. We request if they can custom our Xero Template and their CS was able to do it for us promptly and quickly. We highly recommend this app. Time saving, prompt CS and we now save half of our monthly subscription fee on other apps!

If you are trying to get useful reports out of Shopify, Data Export is what you need. You choose which data fields to see, and in which order, and not be limited by the default Export. You can save multiple reports that show you different views with just a couple of clicks.

But the most unexpected feature is the customer support. They will help you build the exact reports you want, live in the chat! This saved me countless hours (no, days!) of learning new software. Longer changes might be emailed to you when they are ready, but most are done in a few minutes.

Today I worked with Ameena, and was amazed at the skill and speed on display. Everything I asked for was clarified, built, tested, refined, and confirmed. There was never any sense that I was asking for too much, or being too picky. I felt like I had a private developer! We didn't stop until I had everything I asked for. My custom reports are going to be a joy to use.

We use this app across all of our stores. The support is very good and always willing to help create and/or fix reports. We've moved some reports away from an alternative app now to solely use this app and so far we have had no issues.

By far the best data app we have ever used. We can sort the data in any way we need, and if I can't figure out how to create a report, customer service is AMAZING! They are super-responsive and get the reports created to fit exactly what I'm looking for. We've been using this app for several years now. Thanks!

Excellent app that is more thorough and customisable than the generic Shopify Reports application. The most impressive factor is the ability to schedule reports to be sent to particular contacts. Whilst some operators may need additional training, Dominic is excellent at answering queries and guides you through features you may not necessarily expect to exist.
