Data Export IO: Report

I started using this app just a few days ago but I already like it. I am very comfortable with spreadsheet applications so exporting data to create my own views and reports wasn't an issue, but this application makes this easier, faster and automates tasks that will help me as I start to get involved in the book keeping side of the business. I recommend it.

FINALLY!! I found a reporting App that WORKS for me. DataExport, have provided excellent customer service to me. They reply very quickly, I love the fact they answer instantly when they are online.

I've required 3 custom reports for my specific needs, within minutes they created the reports I needed, they are professional, and know their stuff!

The cost is more than reasonable due to how challenging my needs are.

For accounting needs, I have been using DataExport.io for some time, and it has been excellent for obtaining the data I need. We are undergoing a sales tax audit this year, and oh, did we need them. This report makes it super easy to calculate fundraiser and merchandise commissions for our customers. It allows you to easily select the specific information you need and export to Excel to have information available when and where it's needed. Customer service is spot on. Have only had one issue in the year that we've been using the app, and it was resolved within 5 minutes.

I've been using this app for a couple of months and its terrific! Their IT support, getting set up, and then tweaking what I need quickly has been MAJOR! They understood what I needed and was able to get me set up very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this app!

Editing my review, unfortuantely. It has been about 7 months, and for some reason the past few months have been a nightmare with this app. It just stoppped working, and the customer service is horrible--seems like just AI, as we get the same responses over and over again, and they are working opposite hours so we don't get a response until 24 hours later, and no actual answers. It has caused hour and hours of work for my team. We used it for exporting hourly reports to google drive. I will no longer be using this app.

My shop has been in business since 1968 without a POS system. I took over in 2021, and after launching with Shopify this week, we still had not solved the problem of how to change our restocking process from analog to digital. We are unique in that we restock the sales floor every hour, because if we didn't the shelves would be empty due to how busy we are, especially in the 4th quarter. I was FULL of anxiety about how we would find a way to modernize without making the staff feel overwhelmed with all the change. I finally did some research into reporting for a VERY specific set of info; I didn't need financial reports or all the hundreds of reports you can find in a variety of apps, but something that I could compkletely customize. The reviews were good and it was compatible with Shopify so I started a chat with customer service. Within 15 minutes I had the customized report being generated and integrated with google sheets. Staff can now access or print the restock report and do what they need to do just like before. It is a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. I can't say it enough how relieved I am.

This is one of the best apps we use for reporting. I love that you can connect to your Google Drive and get the reports as per schedule. We were able to automate most of our financial reports and it reduced the time of reconciling the payments for few hours. Also the support team is very responsive and helpful. We asked multiple times for custom reports and columns and they were always able to help. They will follow-up on email and make sure to address the issue if they unable to address right away during the chat.
