This app ROCK!!! It's set up so intuitive and easy enough for non-technical user like me to be able to create complicated business reports from scratch. Best of all if I ever got stuck and need help, the online support team is very responsive and SUPER HELPFUL (Thanks Vincent :-) )
This app is an insanely good value. The app itself is simple, rock-solid, and comprehensive. But the best part by far is they create custom reports for you. All you have to do is tell them what you want, and they do it. It's like you wake up one day and find that a top-notch analytics department has magically appeared and can't wait to implement your every whim. Unbelievable.
After banging my head against Shopify's support team, I decided to try Data Export in order to get the information I needed. The team at Data Export was very helpful tweaking one of their canned reports to meet my needs. Well worth the small fee!
