Data Export IO: Report

This app does just what we need. We find it very flexible and easy to use. I should also mention that we had to contact the developer with an issue, and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem for us.
Update: a year and a half later, we're still using the app. It's a crucial part of our business, never fails us and the support is outstanding.
Update: we really appreciate the support - another custom report provided really quickly. An app you can really rely on.

We have only been using this app for a few weeks but already I am blown away by the level of customer service provided. It's so nice to be able to talk to real people and not be met with bot responses scraped by ChatGPT. Our orders come with a lot of additional order details collected by third-party apps and the team at Data Export IO have been amazing in finding the correct data fields and making up custom columns to export the data, so we can easily manage our order fulfillment each day. Absolutely recommend this app!

After putting a bit of time in to tailor the reports, Data Export IO has become a huge help for internal reporting. The support team is extremely patient, and really helpful when putting the reports together.

Data Exports has given us the ability to build custom reports to cover many needs that Shopify canned reports cannot accomplish. Additionally, we've had 2 instances where we needed to contact support and they have been ultra helpful.

I have been so impressed with this app! Moving from Quickbooks POS, we needed some very specific retail reports as well as just some more general inventory reports that are impossible to do natively within Shopify. Data Export is the best app on the Shopify app store to view detailed reports. I'm always using it to view UTM data to help optimize my campaigns. Detailed transaction reports to easily investigate and submit evidence for chargebacks. And even using a simple report to show me which orders were refunded during a certain period. You'd think these would be available on Shopify, but they're not. If you're not using this app, you're wasting valuable time sifting through Shopify's reports which are not the greatest.
