Data Export really helps us answer the questions that the built-in Shopify reports do not, and their customer service is fantastic! They have always been able to slice the data for me for what I'm looking for when I can't build it myself or grab it from their pre-made reports.
For accounting needs, I have been using DataExport.io for some time, and it has been excellent for obtaining the data I need. We are undergoing a sales tax audit this year, and oh, did we need them. As a Shopify Plus customer, I must say that Shopify reports and trash. With the support of the DataExport team, I was able to create some unique reports that satisfied my auditor. This app has a ton of reports. The developers have been amazing at creating custom reports for us. Very responsive and helpful. We've used this app since 2023 and continue to be very pleased with how well it works and how amazing the customer support is. The wait time is always minimal and the web support is always able to help us with our custom reports. Cant recommend this app enough!
Great app to add more customisation to default shopify reports. There's always times when you wish shopify reports had one extra column, but you can't add it. Data Export solves those issues with easily customisable reports and even better support.
