This app has a ton of reports. The developers have been amazing at creating custom reports for us. Very responsive and helpful. We've used this app since 2023 and continue to be very pleased with how well it works and how amazing the customer support is. The wait time is always minimal and the web support is always able to help us with our custom reports. Cant recommend this app enough!
Great app to add more customisation to default shopify reports. There's always times when you wish shopify reports had one extra column, but you can't add it. Data Export solves those issues with easily customisable reports and even better support.

This report makes it super easy to calculate fundraiser and merchandise commissions for our customers. It allows you to easily select the specific information you need and export to Excel to have information available when and where it's needed. Customer service is spot on. Have only had one issue in the year that we've been using the app, and it was resolved within 5 minutes.
Great app for retail stores. Have been able to create all necessary reports. As a store with a high proportion of Sale or Return stock this is critical. I now have over 100 reports set up and scheduled to run each month on my behalf which saves so much time and heartache. The technical support has been so helpful and efficient. So far can't fault this app or the team.
Update: The customer service is 5 star with super quick response times and new custom reports created in minutes. So helpful and friendly too.
Haven't found an issue so far, any missing data sets are promptly sorted out by the customer service team.
I cannot recommend this App strongly enough. It does exactly what I need it to do — and I expect what you need it to do. Very flexible, responsive, customizable. The feature to send reports on a schedule has helped keep a backstop against order problems. Having a view every day on sales, margins, everything — just a great was to make sense of what's going on in the shop! Great work.
I'm back nearly a year later to say that every single time I have connected to ask a question or get help, my issue has been solved diligently and promptly. It's remarkable how quick and friendly their customer support is! I just had an issue with export formatting and Amal sorted it in just a few minutes and then showed me how he did it in case I need to make this small adjustment with one of my reports in the future. Amazing.
