The support is super fast and responsive. Any reports that I cannot create, the support is already quick to respond and generate the report I needed. The most recent support request, Dominic was very quick to generate the report I desired after asking a few questions. I would definitely recommend this app to all Shopify users.
We needed some additional fields pulled into our reporting and the team at Data Export did a great job of putting this together for us. The team is easy to work with highly recommended.

I needed to run a report to show me the order #'s and returns processed for an event our company ran. Very simple to run the report...when I ran into one hurdle, I reached out to Customer Service and the rep was extremely helpful.
A very undervalued and underpriced app for serious stores. The reporting power, speed, and accessible table information is impressive. Scheduling, export to excel, csv, ftp, google drive, and email. It does it all. If you need raw report data. This is the tool to use. Extremely affordable. Support has been 2nd to none. When I need help generating a custom report, I email them and tell them what I want and how I want the it laid out. The next morning I'll have a custom report waiting for me. Could not be happier with my experience.
We use this app across multiple stores and the support team is always super helpful. They've created us some pretty complex reports that Shopify doesn't have the ability to create. Definitely a must-have for any store that requires in-depth reporting.

We use this app to help export only the needed information, as well as some additional information that isn't available on the native order exports. The customer support team was very nice in the chat feature. They responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and helped me add some fields that weren't normally there.
