The best app for data export we have found so far. Highly configurable and, above all, with a live view of the report - very helpful. We had some problems creating specific reports, and Mathu was extremely helpful and solved all the problems within minutes.
This reporting tool is amazing for creating and scheduling reports. There's a massive number of pre-built reports, but the ability to create custom reports with calculated and static value fields makes it even more flexible. But the best thing overall is the support I've always received from the app team with building reports and especially adding custom fields if I've needed help with something. I've not yet found anything they couldn't help with in minutes.
