Data Export IO: Reports

Price - quality wise this is one of the best apps within Shopify. With the possibility to export the reports to spreadsheets makes it possible to create a lot of automation.

And if there is help needed, the customer service support always provides a good answer. I haven't come across a request that wasn't possible! :)

Support always responds quickly and genuinely helps you build exactly the reports you need. I mainly use support to fine tune and customize my existing reports, which works perfectly.

We've been using Data Export for years. Incredibly useful app for all reports. And if they don't have a report already, you can create one yourself or ask their team to do it for you. They have always been quick to reply to any question/issues which is rare these days. Highly recommend!

This app is perfect for custom reports with all the fields I need- they make is so simple and they have on-app support that responds super quickly and assists with any questions or if you need help crafting the reports! I would recommend for any shopify store

I just realized they updated their app offering different tiers. I've been with them almost 10 years. They put me on the top tier ($20/mo) when I'm only using bottom tier level of service ($5/mo). But I didn't even know they did this! Very frustrating! And my reports have started failing too! Maybe avoid? Also, unlike I said in previous reviews, I see nowhere to get support, they removed that! Very disappointed.

Actually, I asked them to do something very simple. I simply want to reverse order the report by the date. Support said they would have to do that for me. Great. I assumed it would take 5 minutes. After realizing oh, they didn't do it yet, he said it would be 3 hours. Meh, okay, makes sense. Even tho it's one silly line of SQL, they should just offer that option as part of the app. I finally get an email *the next day* saying it's done. I test it and the report is indeed sorted descending, BUT THE DATA IS ALL WRONG! This really pisses me off. This is the smallest, simplest thing I'm asking (from my perspective, I understand I am biased), and they take a day to do it, then mess up my report so now I have to recreate it. This really pisses me off. But, on the plus side the support chat is very responsive! --- Old review from 10/6/20
I used this to send sales reports to my partners. It was a bit tricky to figure out, and it still is, BUT the support was SUPER RESPONSIVE and helpful! It's been years since I touched the app, but the reports have been very reliable and well worth it! I was just adding a new report (after years), and I was having trouble with a new feature, and the chat support WAS SUPER QUICK AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM QUICKLY! Excellent! I'm going to start making more reports for myself. Great app, great price (I think I pay $15 a month, I started early w/ them, they may have changed their price by now, IDK)

One year on from my last review and the only change has been that the support has improved...It was great 12 months ago but is now enhanced.
This app is so easy to use... once you set it up it runs and runs.
It includes a great scheduler and if you need something special the support guys are right there to help in no time and THEY FOLLOW UP.

How useful is this app and helpful is Vincent. A great UE for me.
This has solved so many of my issues in developing a way to migrate my order data into my warehousing software seamlessly.

Love the chat option, customer service always responds and helps create any report you could possibly need. I personally use them for customer insights and filing sales taxes.

I use this app every month, and every quarter, and have for years. Best reporting app out there, and the CS is excellent. Got a question or need a report built by a tech? Just ask. Highly recommended!

This app and their support are incredible. We use it for several different scheduled reports all with different custom changes that we were able to get done through the support chat. They are super-fast, responsive and friendly. We love this app!
