We are using this app for the last several months. All our customer support is now in one place after using it and we are also able to automate the customer flows on Whatsapp through delight chat only.

Absolutely love it! Customer support tasks now can be done quickly and easily with quick reply template and automated reply. We are now able to respond quicker and give a better customer support experience to our customers. I kid you not, give it a shot and you'll thank me later.

Needed an app to see all my user queries from social media and emails at one place. Delight chat does exactly that and also has a seamless integration with shopify. Thanks to Baz for helping me set it up with ease.
At Anveshan, delight chat helped our customer experience so much. Having all the chat platforms integrated in a single platform with such great integration with Shopify was really awesome.
