Not working how it is intended. It was a waste of my time setting up my products, and if I would have gone live with this - It would have been a disaster.
I did reach out to support, who told me "Yep, looks like a problem on our end". But judging from the reviews - this looks like an ongoing issue for months now. Not really comforting. Just ended downloaded a different app and it worked as intended.

We've had great interest already in the free downloads we've added to our site.
Works pretty well, but lacks a few features that would make it more convenient to use. For example, there is no way to make bulk edits to the settings for all items - we wanted to change the download limit for our products, but there is no way to set them all at once, so we have to change each of the 1,700 individually.
Doesn't Work over a few GB & support takes days to reply, although it doesn't tell you this initally, and will let you spend hours uploading before stopping it.
Am Anfang hat die App noch funktioniert. Jetzt kann ich nichts mehr uploaden und aus der Link Ansicht der PDF's komm ich auch nicht mehr raus. Schade, aber die APP fliegt raus.
Really useful app for selling digital products. Simple to set up and easy to run.
Almost all my clients write that they don't receive download link. It is written "delayed". So I had 2 bad reviews, because of it. Calling my website scam. And now I have to send manually the purchases to each customer. I suggest to use another application. I am looking for something reliable.
Updated: Sorry. The problem was not in application. But in my payment settings. The link won't be sent until the payment is "captured". My mistake was to choose manual payment capture. If you put in auto mode, the link will be sent automatically.

It does the job, but it would be very helpful to set the download limits at a global level instead of individually. But, most importantly, I'd love to be able to add more than one file.
EDIT: I'm increasing my star because I found I can attach a zip file.
My only wishlist for this app is that we have the ability to send a note to customers when we update the file giving a summary of what changed.
Wish the download link integrated with the customer account. Hyperlinking the product does the customer no good in the future... it would be nice if the download link was stored in the account too.
