I have been using the ETA app for a while now, and have spent a log time with the support people, Jay in particular, who has set up custom timings for our slightly unusual business model. They are amazing! Brilliant product and A+ service, give them a try!!!

This is an amazing app!
It gives transparency to your customers when it comes to lead times and handling times which is great.
The support is also phenomenal, they are always online at the end of the chat to help and support.
