App doesnt work on my store and no one is around to help me because of the time difference. Needs to have more people working for the app so you can help people in other countries who want to use it.

Works well as expected and on top of that, it's free. However, the icon jumps a bit after page reload, but I see this happens in other apps too, wondering if this can be improved.

Customer Service is non existent. I have tried for days and received no assistance. I know it was the holidays but I should have gotten some help.

I added this app so I could utilize Facebook messenger chat for my store. Setting it up was easy and everything and it works decently. My biggest complaint and reason I got rid of it is because you only have the option to have the chat bubble at the bottom of your store. I already have other features there and not being able to move it just made it cluttered. I found other chat apps that allow me to put it in different locations.
