I love the facebook sales channel app. It allows me to show case a lot of my products on a continual basis.
I just start using this app with a negative idea hoping this will help me to achieve great success in my store.

I've spent hours installing, uninstalling, clearing cache and looking why when trying to install the facebook app it tells me all the time "An error has occurred" Close and open the browser. It is impossible to install it when I had it installed for a long time. What's going on? To what is due?

This application is essential to disseminate the products of my shop, to make them known, to make customers aware of the new products offered, to discover French craftsmanship, hand-made ... and especially to imbue customers with my passion.
Utterly useless .. the old FB app that worked seamlessly was replaced with this one .. and wont connect .. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A FB STORE FOR OVER 4 MONTHS NOW .. Shopify ticket ID is 20655893 .. DO NOT install this app it will disconnect your working app and cause NONE of your tagged FB products & links to work .. ZERO STARS .. Shopify's reposne is to contact Facebook however the MOST ironic thing is that the No1 platform on the planet for "Connecting People" are simply impossible to connect with themselves .. !!!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I can definitely see why this situation has been stressful given that you still cannot connect your Facebook or Instagram for over 4 months. I know our Technical was working with the Facebook development team diligently to get the error you were you encountering resolved and has confirmed the issue lies within Facebook's platform. This app made connecting my accounts so easy, it was simple and as quick as it could have possibly been
I have enjoyed setting up the app and it has been helping me put my business out there. I have been able to reach a lot of people and give my business a name.
Very easy to set-up and user friendly. My team and I are so excited to finally be selling on Facebook.
