As a newbie, Facebook doesn't know where to start. Maybe the language and habits are different. It seems that the software I learn online has not kept up with the speed of Facebook updates, so I have been trying to move forward. Hope to get in touch early.

It gave clear instructions but wasn't clear to me what needs to be done in Shopify and what in Facebook. The latter seriously has too many options, links, different sites etc. Very confusing.

I think this is by far one of the worst apps ever. Somehow facebook declined all my products due to availability. Apparantly my products are still protected with a storefront password (which is not the case cause my webshop is open). Neither shopify or facebook seem to be able to shed a light on this. The only anwser im getting is : we dont support the app. Which is possible, but who does then?
