The app uses the "compare with" amount when displaying stock items on Facebook but Shopify uses - rightly so - the "price" figure for sales.
Until this app uses the same figure it is useless as sometimes the "compare with" is used for the RRP and sales price may be higher due to scarcity of stock.

Jack here from Shopify. Thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback. The channel sends both the sale and regular price to Facebook, but Facebook will always use the lower of the 2. What Facebook does with the product data is out of our hands but I will submit your feedback to our internal team. Still learning and its easy but getting there. Just learning as much as I can sometime I get stuck but I use the search. Kind still learning like I said. Enjoy the simplicity of it.

Monumentally poor support. Installed our Pixel the way they wanted us to over two months ago. Issues from day one with data not firing properly. I've been passed from pillar to post through their "support" teams and yet nothing is getting fixed. We're going to have to look for an alternative method of connecting our Meta Pixel to our store.

Tried, but for some reason it says I they can't publish the shops page. Everything else worked fine, they can collect information, the pixels will work, but I can't post my products for free on Shops page...
