Enquire allows us to easily understand first touch attribution and the performance of our offline campaigns. We're still missing some analytics and features, but Matt has been really helpful and we're confident our feedback has been taken into account in the app development roadmap. Adding a post purchase survey has been immensely helpful in understanding our marketing attribution. The customizable Enquire features allow us to gather rich data about our customers and gives us a wide variety of ways to action on it. Highly recommend for any retail business!

We're big fans of the Enquire post purchase survey. It's super easy to set up and the engagement is fantastic. Seems like a lot of people use it for referral attribution. We've found that information is mostly available elsewhere so we've used it to capture insights we wouldn't get elsewhere. Customer service is also fantastic. Excited to see this tool evolve.

This app is really wonderful for any brand looking to get direct feedback from their customers. Setup is super intuitive, and engagement has been really impressive. As a new brand, this has helped us immensely into gaining visibility into where our very first customers heard about us, and what drove them to convert.

An essential tool to scaling your business -- the insights you learn from Fairing are invaluable, and you cannot replace with Google Analytics, Northbeam, or any other attribution tool. The platform keeps getting better and better -- they're adding new features at a rapid rate. The styling of the post-purchase survey is highly customizable for any brand. The team there is excellent and always willing to help.
