Merchants highly recommend this app for its easy setup, management, and excellent support. They appreciate the variety of post-purchase survey questions and high response rates. The ability to link feedback to transaction data and integration with Google Sheets, Klaviyo, and Shopify flows are valued features. Merchants also praise its affordability and the customer insights it provides, aiding in improving marketing strategies. The support for Flow, enabling automated responses into a shared Slack channel, is also noted. The app is recognized for providing key insights across the marketing funnel, aiding in informed decision-making.

Fairing has been awesome for us so far. We are a two-man company with little to no data analysis experience. Fairing has been outstanding because it allows for us to seamlessly gather important data which leads to actionable decisions, without little to no effort on our end. They recently introduced the google sheet integration which is extremely helpful for exporting the data in an easy to splice format and have a phenomenal customer service/on-boarding team. It's really easy to set-up initially, their pre-filled question bank is outstanding, and it's seemingly very fairly priced for the level of data you get with a turn-key solution.

They make themselves very available to assist in ideating on new data to collect, splicing and reviewing the data, and are very open to feedback/new feature releases. New features seem to be released at a relatively quick frequency so I'm excited to see where it goes.

I was not paid or incentivized to write this review, I just believe this is a no-brainer app for any small, or large business, looking to understand their customers more, which is increasingly difficult in today's world of privacy settings and DTC space.

Used this app to gather post-purchase survey responses. Very nicely designed and easy to use. Of the very few issues we had, the team was quick to respond with and offered us a custom plan that fit our needs perfectly! Would highly recommend to other stores of all sizes.

Must have. Super easy to integrate, very easy to use, super powerful data. The only thing we regret is not having it earlier! In contrast to super complex analytics tools and questions of attribution, it's proven to us that the simplest solution to finding out where customers know us from: We simply ask them. Team is super responsive and continuing to launch new features as well.
