This app is just what I was hoping to find to help me get reminders out to my customers to leave reviews. I am so thankful that the wonderful support I got from Shopify suggested it to me. And the help from Mike in answering my questions and fixing my mistake was A+++ all the way!! Already have gotten some reviews!

These guys are veterans of ecommerce extensions. I've used their magento extensions for many years on our websites and many of our clients. It's great to have them developing apps for Shopify now! This follow up email app is a MUST if you're a serious store owner. They even have live chat directly in the app which is super helpful if you have any questions. The support staff is super helpful and quick to respond. Great job Aheadworks!

This plugin is exactly the kind of app I needed for my Shopify site. I have been waiting 2 years for an email extension that has the capability send follow-up emails to our Shopify store's customers based upon conditions such as cart total, paid total, total amount spent, etc...

I actually contacted the developers to make a request and they updated the app just for me!

Truly amazing customer service. I wish all companies were this good!!!

I like the way it's set up. It's all integrated in the Shopify platform, so no third-party website to go to. It's also very straight forward and set up. The only downside I find is that the emails are not that good looking... compared to other apps that is. If you know a little HTLM, you can probably make better ones (in my opinion).

This application is easy to set up. In addition, the fee is inexpensive because the amount is based on the number of e-mails sent.

Easy to use app. Need to have a very low level of familiarity with code in order to edit the copy of the emails. I had one issue, and the founder of the company hopped on the chat to fix it!

One piece of functionality that I would like is if it could link with the tracking numbers on orders to send an email when the tracking number shows it was delivered.
