Really impressive customer service and software! They ironed out every issue down to the smallest detail to make the app work perfectly on our new store. So great to have all these tools integrated. They really go the extra mile, well done!
I tried many different Loyalty apps but this one is the best so far! We were able to translate everything on the front end into Japanese, perfectly, which other apps didn't allow. We also have Wishlist and Review apps separately, but with Growave we can get rid of those. Integration was super easy and fast, too. Customer service is awesome, I was able to solve every issue within an hour of installation. Highly recommended!

Very promising app, though utilizing it is quite ugly. I could only actually get to their website to login via their FAQ's, as there is NO login on their direct site, just "Add App" and "Book Demo", not to mention "Start Trial". A little reduntant. So I wanted to move the rewards tab to a more reasonable spot on my site and it is unable to be moved, and logging into their website (supposedly where you are supposed to fix this issue by removing it completely and switching to a rewards page) you get redirected to shopify each time. Unnecessarily frustrating. Glad I started with just a trial.

Allow us to explain the Log in options. Basically, growave.io is the familiarisation site. Therefore, there is a Start Trial button (which redirects to the Shopify App Market page). After that, it requires you to log in to your Shopify Admin panel (these are the requirements of Shopify itself, all third-party apps should be embedded in the Shopify Admin panel). The main reason for this process is to recognize that you're a Shopify client. You can easily log in to the admin panel directly from the Shopify admin dashboard for a better UX and flow.
As for the Reward tab, it can be easily moved on our end. You only need email to our support@growave.io and mention where exactly you would like it to be moved. We do understand that you are willing to do it by yourself, therefore, we are planning to add this feature to the admin panel in the future.

The app integrates very well and easy into my existing shop. The support is really helpful and fast. I had a question and needed support with the integration of product reviews on my page. The request was fulfilled within 1 hour by a developer. Really great product and serivce!

Amazing experience , support is something out of this world Kalys was NEXT LEVEL give him a pay rise hes a magic man.
This app has been nothing short of incredible. I was assigned a personal customer service rep named Tattu who was essentially like a concierge! She helped me with integrating the app with my site, and provided me with useful resources for reference. If all customer service was like what she provided, this world would have a lot less frustrations. I strongly recommend Growave and hope you get to work with Tattu.
Wanted to pause the use of the app by using the backup of my theme. They then proceeded to install the app on the backup of my theme without asking.
Update: they contacted me and resolved the issue. I am giving 3 stars because I still think it's super weird they assume it's okay to add the app code in someone's backup theme without asking

First of all, we are very sorry that you had such an experience with us. We beg your pardon for making you go through it...we'd never do it for a purpose...
We totally share your opinion that it’s not okay to integrate apps into themes/theme backup without asking.
However, it's worth noting that we always ask to select the necessary theme while our merchants go through the onboarding process and Growave is integrated into the selected theme accordingly.
So please do not think that we integrated Growave into the wrong theme intentionally without your consent... We believe a terrible misunderstanding has taken a place and we are sorry about that... :'(
We put our merchants' experience and satisfaction as our priority and now we feel ashamed that we were not able to provide you with the service that you deserve...
But we never give up! We will do everything possible and impossible to make things right and bring a smile to your face! 😇

From their site it all seems simple but in the end it is impossible to set everything up correctly without problems. I was in constant contact with the team for 4 days to solve very small problems due to their non-existent tutorials! They don't even explain well in the FAQ or help pages how to do everything you need ... Not only that: I asked how to make a change on the reviews I uploaded and they replied that there is a "secret setting" that costs 150 $ ........... But do we realize? BAD BAD BAD I have installed LOOX and now everything works correctly. All set up in a few hours and the result is 10 times better, even graphically. Ah, and it costs less. GOODBYE

Seriously not happy with this app. I thought i was getting an all in one automatic app, as this is how it was explained to me. If someone comes in my store and makes a purchase...they get points when they check out. if someone comes in that was referred by someone else, the referrer gets points...all not true. I have a free app that already does what this offers. I don't see the point of spending so much money to get nothing extra for it. I want my IN STORE customers to get a bonus...not make myself work harder! Can i give it negative stars for false advertising?

This is the second time I review this app as the owners offered me 3 months of free trial for testing again. On the second day I arrived at the conclusion that this app is slow as hell... With the speed tester that Shopify provides, grew from 28 to 47 points just for deleting this app. The reviews widget has a lazy load with at least 2 sec. delay. The email templates and the wishlist are ugly and not very customizable. Not very recommended!

We use the Lazy Load strategy in the optimization of our app. It is a strategy for defining resources as non-blocking (non-critical) in order to delay the loading of those resources until they are really needed. This can shorten critical rendering steps, resulting in faster application load times.
In spring 2021, we did a lot of work to improve the speed of our app with the Shopify team. They have very strict requirements for app developers and remove apps from the App Market if the app affects the shops' speed by more than 10%. We have passed all their tests and now continue to work on speed, as we want to be the best solution for our customers. Also, we want to mention that compared to many other apps, we have 5 features in one.
We'll definitely take your feedback into account and continue to work on improving our app.
