Really intuitive, with great customer service. Tina has been super fast to respond, really clear in her answers & very helpful. Only draw back is that 'Custom Actions' are only available in the Enterprise plan. I'm not on Shopify Plus, nor do I intend to be. Having no middle-ground service whereby I could get hold of Custom Actions is a little frustrating. Not really a complaint though - more of a small wish for when/if updates happen. The app is fantastic and I'd thoroughly recommend.

I installed the app since it claimed it would be able to handle not only my store's loyalty program but also Reviews, Wishlists and Instagram. Sure enough, the app is unified with all those aspects. There were some problems with getting it to function as I wanted and even how I wanted it to look in my store but their customer service is top notch. They went within my store's liquid files, the coding that the store runs on, and recoded it so that I could get the look I wanted when I was not able to figure out the coding myself. Wow. Was not expecting that. But it works and it looks great. Every little issue that has come up has been promptly dealt with. Perfect? No. But each time I notice something is off, they get right to fixing it and keep me informed as to the progress. Couldn't ask for more.

I was looking for all-in-one solution for my web store in respect of social proof, communication with customers and incentive tools... I spent long hours and days... And finally I came across this... First I thought all those reviews or most of them overrate this congregate of apps. But it looked so attractive... I spent some time discovering Knowledge Base and then decided to contact Customer Support. OMG! Those guys really responsive,helpful, patient and friendly. They installed everything for me and fulfilled all my requests! My rep's name is Azem. She is so responsible! She keeps every single word she says! Moreover she has a magic voice))) I was able to discuss all my requests over Skype so I saved my time on typing emails and avoided misunderstanding. I still have to learn how to use all those beauties but it's a matter of time. Five Stars! Keep Up, Guys!
