Customer service has been exceptional at Growave. After experiencing issues with our reviews widget after upgrading our theme, Growave advised that it was a theme error and not an app issue. I contacted the developer of the paid theme and they were unable to assist. I reached out to Growave again and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue that the theme developer was not able (or willing) to. THANK YOU for your time, attention to detail and commitment to resolving my issue!

I have never experienced such a high quality customer service from an app! Nurila and her team were really fast at responding and helping me complete the integration with our store, as well as look into personalizing the app to meet our needs and our store's existing setup. Highly recommended!
I love Growave! It definitely made a huge difference. I think reviews become even more appealing when the shop owner responds and that's one of the reasons we updgraded from the free version. I also like the idea of rewarding customers for referrals and visits with points that they may redeem for future use. Tattu is awesome!
