Edit: With Growave V2, the platform seems more stable. Support is responsive and good at resolving issues. Still, the occasional bug but that is to be expected I suppose. We highly recommend Growave for your store.

Growave promises an all-in-one marketing solution. At first glance, this seems to be true, but we're in the process of incorporating it into our brand-new website, which isn't even live yet, and we're running into bug after bug. The support eventually resolves them, but then we run into something else that doesn't work.

They say we're the only ones impacted by these bugs, which I highly doubt since we're a fresh store with no legacy and few other apps.

We like the promise of it but have been pretty disappointed so far. We hope our experience will increase soon, or we'll have to start looking at alternatives.

We recently switched to Growwave (from LOOX) and the experience has been exceptional! With over a decade of marketing experience, I’m always cautious about tech support, especially when it’s primarily email-based. But Growwave’s team has blown me away. Their support is fast, clear, and easy to understand. They've efficiently handled all requests and keep me updated throughout the process. The features have also enhanced both the look and functionality of our site. If you're hesitant about switching, I can confidently say the transition was seamless. I rarely leave reviews, but this one was well-earned.

We've been with Growave for about 3 years now and their app has grown so much in that time. It's pretty user-friendly (much better than when we first signed on). They're always developing their app to be more intuitive and have more features/compatibility which is great. While they're fairly expensive (we're on their Enterprise plan), they're actually cheaper than a lot of other apps and they give a nice discount for their yearly subscription. The best part is that their customer service and development team are VERY responsive. They're always quick to get back to you and resolve any issues that arise. They're even willing to custom code certain things to make the app fit your store.

THIS APP HAS AMAZING SUPPORT!! They have been extremely helpful with answering all my questions and even editing some widgets in my shop's theme. They'll always send photos of the changes too to ask if I'm happy with it or if I need any adjustments. It's also just a great app overall with very helpful features for growing your business.

Really impressed with the support team at Growave. We're in the process of setting up the app, hit a technical roadblock, and they went to the next level to assess the issue and provide informational screenshots to help us navigate. All within hours of reaching out to them.

The onboarding features are pretty great, but I wish there was a way to see what to expect and a few examples via video. I'm excited to learn more about how to use the app, but seem to need to activate it in order to learn. Maybe I'm missing a couple of demo videos.

Excited to start using the features! Feeling good about working with the team at Growave whenever needed!
