This app USED to be sooo good... and then they "updated". The integrations are so complicated to use now. You can no longer tag similar products for reviews, just honestly, find another app. These guys messed up big time in their "update".
If you want to use Klaviyo with this app - STAY AWAY! The integration used to be good, but since they redesigned the app, the integration is brutal. The timing dosen't trigger emails through klaviyo. I've been trying to deal with their customer service in Kyrgyzstan for 6 days and I keep getting this message "Please let me clarify this moment with the developers and get back to you!" The first line doesn't have answers for anything. $99.99 a month for a brutal app - STAY AWAY

Very disappointing since the update. I am usually very happy with Growave but the Instagram feature stopped working for over a month now. I reported the issue immediately and no one is able to help. I used to display our influencers Instagram pictures with a specific hashtag and tag the products. Now this does not work and I can only display and tag pictures posted on our IG account (not pictures from a specific hashtag). I would change my review as soon as this issue is fixed.

Regarding your query, I'd like to kindly let you know that our app gives a signal to Facebook via the API, but Facebook's tokens are coming in invalid due to the hashtag posts not being displayed. However, our dev team worked with the Facebook support team and we were able to fix the issue.

Great set of features. Some of the admin pages need work as it can be hard to make some changes after you have launched but the team is always more than happy to help and is very friendly

I've been using growave for about a month now and I absolutely love using it! My favorite features include the product reviews customers can leave and the shoppable instagram feed. It makes my online boutique look LEGIT. Tina & Alex on the support team were very helpful. They were able to help me in a polite and timely manner. 10/10 would recommend this app

The Growave app is a very powerful all-in-one app that encompasses many features that are useful for e-commerce stores. The app is fairly easy to configure and it's UI / UX is simple and intuitive. The greatest part of the app is the translation function which allows for any and all translation of every single word within the app. My store's local demographic isn't English so having this function is extremely helpful versus smile.io is extremely very limited in language support.
