I love this app. I have the free version and it's very very easy to use, no complicated steps, no going into your code for anything. Instructions on how to set it up are clear, there is only one step to include it in your menu. It looks very professional on the website. My FAQs now look well made. If I need to add or change something it is extremely simple. The paying version I guess would be excellent for more complex FAQs and I bet it's still super easy to use. Thank you so much guys and congratulations on your app.

Super happy this app is free. It works perfectly!! Highly Recommend this for any shop owner who is looking to replace their old text block faqs

Alright alright hear me out - there is a lot of frustration here about how they handled the transition to the new (paid) subscription plans. I was frustrated too when suddenly my 5 FAQ articels were deleted, just because I didn't select any plan in time.

BUT the Helpcenter guys listened to all the negative feedback and restored every FAQ article. The support team was very helpful and there was compensation for the inconveniences. The new subscription plans are fair in my opinion.

The App is easy to use and has been updated with new features and an easy interface. Honestly if it weren't for that bumby transition phase, I think the App would have close to 5,0 stars.

Best free app for FAQs I have come across
Very easy to use and no limit on the number of questions so can have a extensive FAQ section.

Incredible value for the level of functionality, customization, easy to use and just overall beautiful design. Even for stores just getting stated the FAQ plan makes you look very professional for $5 a month, plus help you sort out your support tickets in a very organized matter.
This is a must have.
