I use this app to cut down on the frequency of customer questions. This is a must-have for any store seeking good customer relations. This app does what it says! I also like their customer service. I had a slight problem with the color of my text. They responded quickly with a video that solved my problem. Thanks, guys. I like the cost too especially for someone just starting out in ecommerce. I high recommend Help Center FAQ!!!

Best FAQ app and it's FREE! Quick and easy to set up. I needed to get some customizations done... contacted their support late on a Saturday and heard back from Marius first thing Sunday morning. Very responsive support—how customer support should be. Not surprisingly, I plan to use their Trackr app as well. Highly recommended!

The tech support fixed a new issue with languages super quickly, really on the spot. Also the Customer service responded very fast.

I love this app. I have the free version and it's very very easy to use, no complicated steps, no going into your code for anything. Instructions on how to set it up are clear, there is only one step to include it in your menu. It looks very professional on the website. My FAQs now look well made. If I need to add or change something it is extremely simple. The paying version I guess would be excellent for more complex FAQs and I bet it's still super easy to use. Thank you so much guys and congratulations on your app.
