Great app. Easy to install and to use. Wish it would have a little more customization, but other than that it's a solid choice. We are using the app on our vape store to help customers answer frequently asked question on vape pods systems, order issues and etc. Hopefully they release premium plan soon with more features, but as a free app it's a great choice.

This is a must-have. You'll save time by not having to answer a lot of standard questions and when you refer to the help articles makes you look like you've already thought about your customer's question before they asked.

Very slick integration as well.

Great app which gives you everything you need from a Help Center/ FAQ point of view. I've always found that help is on hand if I've got any queries or require some assistance. 5 stars well deserved.

Till Date I have not come across any negative experiences with the app's installation.
