The single best app we use on Shopify. It saves us so much time in customer support by centralizing all the customer support channels. Their live chat support is the best of any app we've been using.

We love this application. It not only keeps our team organized and efficient, but keeps all the customers info right there for reference as you work through an service issue. The Gorgias team is super responsive and helpful. When we on-boarded with them, we received a one-on-one live tutorial where we could ask questions directly. They have been quick to respond to questions and helpful along the way! Would recommend!
I've tested out a few ticket systems and yours is by far the most simple to train employees on, and by far the most effective time vs money.
