This is a great app so far. Would love a way to bookmark, star, or prioritize open chats. As sometimes there is follow-up required with some questions. Also would love the ability to save/organize/tag chats.

Great for the store but there needs to be a way to view all inboxes when you have multiple stores.
Super easy to setup. Good user experience. Had an immediate lift in online chat conversations from Zendesk.
