I love the ease of Shopify inbox. Everything Shopify does is easy, including reaching out for support. They really are awesome!
I am very happy with this app. I can communicate easily with customers. It works well and it is easy to use
Chat is good but no way to turn off chat and just display FAQ after office hours. It would be perfect with that feature

This app rarely works. I will get it working for a few days and then it quits sending replies. I don't have time to keep trying to figure out how to get it work correctly. Going back to Messenger.

Works well, however being tied to Ping and no translation strings available, this is still in beta. Let's wait few months.
