What a great app. With the three social media outlets we are using. It can get challenging to keep up with responding to each customer. But not anymore! We connected all our outlets to this app, and each of my team members can now respond to customers' questions. LOVE IT

Excellent app with mobile app that makes sure you are always in contact with your customers. It's like having my store on messenger. Thanks for this fantastic app! Only feature I would love to see is a way to go back and select a different chat in a different store. Currently I need to log off and log into another store. Other than that, highly recommend.

Lovely app. Easy to use and easy to install. I would like to see some more customisation options though. For example the 'Chat with us' bubble, I'd like to be able to customise this more. It also blocks the cookie policy banner which isn't great UX. The pop up window also isn't customisable, I.e I can't add background images, or make it more on brand. I'd also want to see some analytics. How many customers interacted with it? which FaQ is the most read? and so on. Otherwise, it's a basic app that seems to work well.

Simple to use and easy to adjust. Was using another chat app before and this works great! Will be using it for customer support and navigation.

I like it because it helps me to stay connected to my customers, even if I'm offline. If my customer is offline it will send the message via email, which is very helpful. I wish it had an instant desktop notification box, so I can see notifications as soon my customers reach out to me.

So far so good on installing the app, was nice and easy. I would like the option to change it from saying 'Chat with us' to 'Chat with me' - I, like many am a one person business and would like it to be more personal by saying me rather than us.

**Edit - since writing this review I'm inundated with people trying to sell services. If you're a web developer or selling services of any kind please don't use this as a way to contact me, your messages will be blocked.
