It's easy to use and integrates FB's consultation. Nice and great! It would be better if it could support video uploading.

Loving the simplicity and ease of this app and am excited about its possibilities. I hope that it can record sales based on customer service agent chats.

Easy to chat with mobile or desktop customers. Will be testing it out for Black Friday week when we have the highest volume.

Works well. We can definitely better manage communication with our customers. I would rather this be integrated within the same shopify app and not a separate app but that's just an additional improvement
