Sin duda la aplicación que mejor me funciona y la más fácil de instalar, pues las demás cuesta instalarlas y a no ser que tengas muy claro lo que hacer te puedes perder mucho.

The app started off pretty rough, but Shopify has done a great job of improving it. Highly recommend as it integrates nicely with the Shopify dashboard.

PCでもスマホでも対応できるので助かってます
商品のタグをつけられるのでおすすめの商品も提案しやすいです。
また自動応答設定も簡単なので休業日にはその旨も自動的に伝えてくれるという点も良いです。
ただし返答した回答をお客様が確認したのかが分かるともっと良いです。

I'm going to go out on a limb here and rate this app 5-stars because it holds enormous potential. Here is a list of low-hanging fruit for Shopify: 1. I can't add link titles to FAQ;
2. I can't launch live chat when users click a button or link;
3. Add support for inbound emails.
