We had the chat installed, but it has the following problem: you open the chat, type your message. Then you are asked for your email. If you have entered the email, you have to type the chat message again. That's anoying for the customer.

I don't really know how Scammers have figured out the brand new shop I literally just opened 3 days ago and it is set to private I haven't even added a product yet and I keep getting scammers all in my inbox like crazy. I'm not able to report them either, every single other app that has a messaging system has a report button. This is a problem and it needs to be fixed ASAP

Me gustaría compartir mi opinión y comentarios sobre la aplicación que comparte información con terceros y recibe spam de forma muy mesurada mientras promociona tráfico y negocios. Aunque entiendo que es común que las aplicaciones compartan información con terceros para mejorar sus servicios, me gustaría destacar algunas preocupaciones y sugerencias.

En primer lugar, me preocupa el hecho de que la aplicación reciba spam, aunque sea en cantidades moderadas. El spam puede ser molesto y perjudicial para la experiencia del usuario. Sugiero que se implementen medidas más sólidas para prevenir y filtrar el spam, con el fin de garantizar que los usuarios solo reciban información relevante y útil.

Además, la promoción excesiva de tráfico y negocios puede afectar negativamente el control sobre las métricas y el potencial de éxito de los usuarios. It's currently impossible to delete or mark conversations as inactive from the desktop web based version. You will have to download their mobile app in order to do this. How this was published without such a feature for desktop users is baffling to me. Yes, I understand there is a work around but no one runs their full time business from their phone only. And no one who manages a large amount of customer support does it from their phone either.

so far it seems good but it would be nice to be able to customize the track my order message. right now the answer is to generic and just says Order was fulfilled. being able to add a link to the tracking would be much better!

Was really excited to use the app, but its exclusive to iOS only, which sucks. Hopefully they become more inclusive soon, Or atleast make it so that I can get notifications thru email and respond. I'd really like to keep it.

We have had enquires straight away. I think people are more likely to use a chat function than to fill in the contact form.

GREAT APP, but could get 5-STARS if was possible to switch between different stores or have a sort of hub with all the stores enabled with Inbox! Look at the forum as there are MANY request for this feature!
