The training materials for implementation could be better, but the staff went above and beyond to help me custom code a solution for my product. They also provided invaluable expertise in ensuring my calculations from tech pack size chart to recommendations were accurate.

We have been using this app for several years and were happy with it. Unfortunately, after accidentally upgrading our plan, we were moved to a completely different pricing model without any clear warning.
We used to pay around $5 to $7 per month. Now we are being charged around $150 per month because the pricing is based on the number of orders. This pricing model makes very little sense for our business, especially when the app simply displays size charts and has nothing to do with order processing.
The biggest issue is that once you have created 100+ size charts, switching to another app is extremely time consuming and difficult. It feels like customers are locked in and forced to accept the new pricing.
The pricing is not transparent, and we were never clearly informed that a simple plan upgrade would permanently move us to this expensive order based model.
The app itself works well, but the pricing policy is very disappointing. I hope the team introduces a fair pricing option for long time customers instead of forcing them into an unreasonable pricing structure.

This app has been such an important addition to our store. The size charts are professional, and the recommender gives our customers the confidence they need when placing their orders. It has also helped minimize sizing questions and reduce abandoned carts by providing shoppers with the information they need to order with confidence. I've had a few questions along the way, and their customer service has always been responsive and helpful!

Some things to mention -
1. the settings could be more user friendly with more design options that does not require use of CSS.
2. Most importantly - the localization options are limited. If you are running a store with a less known language, you might have some trouble localizing. That being said, hopefully more default languages (or an option to set up a custom language) will be added soon.

The base app is decent, but false advertising will lead you to buying the upsell.
The translate feature clearly says "Translate your size charts and recommenders". However when you buy it and hit translate, it only translates the buttons and header.
- Content inside the size guide is not translated
- Shopify's native "Translate & Adapt" can't touch it
- Support told me you can't create per-locale Size guides, so there's no workaround
Their recommendation was to use another $40/mo translation app.

Incredible app and customer service. Been using a Kiwi size calculator for my size guide page and my customers have told me how wonderful it is. I needed to restyle the colors of the app with new branding and was having difficulty. Markson went above and beyond to help me correct the issues I was having. Can't say enough good things, will continue to use this app for my clothing business.

The application has its advantages, but also some drawbacks. For example, when synchronizing tables from one store to another, the tables cannot be edited directly; they must be duplicated first, and changes can be made only after that. Only the tables are synchronized, but not the other settings, which is also somewhat inconvenient.
In this regard, and with other settings as well, we received prompt and accurate assistance from Kiwi’s support team. Rayan fixed everything we couldn’t manage on our own and provided guidance on how to proceed if any issues arise.
