Kiwi size chart is a very powerful app that we have been using for some time now. The app gives the ability to add sizing details into a clear, responsive table as well as give the customer an option to display in different units such as CM & Inches, which is a huge feature. Their customer service is great as well. We recently had a conflict arise with a new Shopify theme, and the Kiwi team worked with us extensively to create a solution for us.
Hearing that Kiwi has been part of your setup for a while really means a lot. It’s great to know the size chart tables and unit switcher between cm and inches are making things clearer for your customers.
We also appreciate you sharing that experience with the Shopify theme conflict. Those situations can be tricky, so it’s good to hear our team was able to work through it with you and land on a solution together.

This app has been a nightmare from the start. It constantly crashes on the product page and the size information is always wrong. Support is painfully slow and never actually solves anything, they just say they’ll look into it and then never follow up. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic help, but the problems have persisted for ages with no resolution.
The worst part: I was invited to a call thinking my issues would finally be addressed, but instead, I was yelled at by an employee for “asking too much” just because I wanted the colors and fonts to match my website branding, something every other app provides without issue. The attitude and lack of professionalism are unbelievable.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this app. It’s a waste of time and money. Absolutely horrible experience, never install!
