Quick response to help resolve a problem.

It's not worth your money, nor your time. Customer service is very poor. I received contradicting info from a couple of representatives. Unfortunately, the support team is not trained sufficiently to give proper client support.

Customer support responded quickly over a minor issue I was having and told me exactly how to handle it. Emails are working well and a/b testing is an awesome feature!!

Me encanta Klaviyo, me ha hecho mucho mas facil todo el proceso de comunicacion de email con mis clientes. He usado varia automatizaciones de otras aplicaciones, e incluso del mismo Shopify, pero desde que uso Klaviyo ha logrado que sus flujos automatizados me generen mayor conversion.

Very bad customer support. The decisions they make on marking emails as transactional or not are a complete lottery and support staff are unable or unwilling to explain the their decisions. They only provide copy and pasted answers that don’t help. A real shame as the product is otherwise good.

I use klaviyo for all my stores and it really works very well, Easy to use and its free, recommended

I have been using Klaviyo for a month now and I like the concept behind it all however there have been several glitches that I have had to contact customer services about. When I have spoken to customer services, it has taken ages to get them to understand the problem and it has been very frustrating at times. I currently have a pretty significant problem that the technical team are looking at. I will continue to use it for the time being and hope the glitches don't affect my sales and reputation as they currently have been.

Klayvio has been our go-to email provider for years! The interface isn't the fastest, but the analytics and ease of use is incredible.
