I've been using Klaviyo for many years after switching from MailChimp which we quickly grew out of. The tool is very advanced and there isn't much you can't do. Some features can be a bit confusing but overall, the features are amazing and with a bit of help from support, I am am confident anything can be done with this email app.

Has to be THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. No chat, no phone number, only email, which is promptly ignored. I've been waiting a week for them to respond to an account access issue. Can't do much if I can't access my account. No need to point out the irony of a marketing company that doesn't seem to understand that their customers, the ones that pay for their service, need prompt, helpful support every now and then.

Our responses are sent via our ticketing platform using the alias success@klaviyo.com, and it is likely that your custom domain has some strict security settings on emails coming through. At this point, only your domain provider or IT team can provide more context around why the email has not reached your inbox. We recommend you contact them for additional details and highly recommend that you add that alias to your safe senders list.

Hello, I have been using Klaviyo for about 5 years. I also, love how Klaviyo has many different options for us wanting to be creative and attractive to our customers. Like that Klaviyo is concerned about what is concerning us as Business owners.

Klaviyo is the best email platform on the market! I've used a few other platforms and have found this to be most intuitive & simple to use.

Good software and Dalu I in customer service has been really helpful in helping me understand inactive profiles and how to suppress them when not needed.

I have been using Klaviyo for about 2 years now and I can't express how much I have enjoyed using their platform. It's a super powerful tool that lets you customize your customer's journey and they have everything you could possibly need. There are so many automations you can build and their customer service is a 10/10, I love their chat support feature.

Everyday I learn more and more of what I can do with the app. I am not a "techy" person but so far this has been extremely helpful. I had an initial conversation with someone from the Klaviyo team and that were super informative and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing how it all works in the future

Long-time user of Klaviyo. It's simply the best email marketing tool out there for Shopify stores. Once you've learned the ins and outs, it's as powerful as everyone says it is.
