While some features we'd like are missing (mainly POS returns and POS is muddled in some reporting), they are reactive to features we need. No app will be perfect from the get-go, especially when you add in custom setups, POS, unique product setups, etc. We've been involved in a few Beta tests with them for features we've asked for which is amazing. We're currently struggling with more returns than exchanges but it's reduced the load on our CS team which is a win in itself.

LOOP makes our day-to-day processes so much easier. Special thanks to Adam N. for always being super friendly and acommodating. It's seldom that anything goes wrong with LOOP, but you can guarantee that if you need help, you've got the best that you could hope for! Thanks LOOP, and thank you Adam! We have been using Loop for a few years now. Although the product has proved great for our team, customers and company- what makes us loyal to Loop is their account management and IT teams. Whenever we have a question, are experiencing something out of the norm, or need assistance implementing a new feature; Rachel (our account manager) and her team are immediate to take care of us and do it completely and efficiently. Thank you Rachel & Loop!!

Best RMA system on the market! Not only is it affordable but My account Managers and support team have been great. Can't wait to see all the new additions to their roadmap for 2022!

Loop Returns made the entire support experience incredibly easy. The team was quick to respond, clear in their communication, and genuinely helpful. Great experience working with their team. I highly recommend Loop!

We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around!

We've been with Loop since the early days, it changed the game for us and our returns process as a whole.

A fantastic product with fantastic customer support!
