Really cool and practical : the options are way beyond what I personally expected when I downloaded the app!

The team behind Loox is simply awesome. I can´t thank them enough. The app itself is working great, we are having lots of fun setting it up and seeing how many clients actually send over their photo reviews!

Good app, I get along with the basic plan very well, hope they have automatic collect review function because every time I import a new item, I have to do it manually.

Very easy to use and the automation is simple and effective. The tech support team is friendly and questions are answered fast.

I moved over to Loox for the more modern/fluid design from a previous review app. Switching over has been very easy, I CSV exported all my previous reviews and then uploaded them to Loox. The only issue was that the previous review app left parts of its code behind. I tried to remove it and nearly destroyed my whole business - thank god for backups. I reached to Loox asking for help and it took them less than 20 minutes to do - including the time spent to see and respond to my email request. So far, being with them has been excellent.
