Simple and easy to use without any issues. Was having slight difficulty importing reviews from Growave but Loox team responded quickly with resolution on how to get it done. My only regret was not finding out about this app sooner. Highly recommend installing for your business needs. You won't be disappointed.
it literally does everything by far best add review. i do think that only allowing importing 20 reviews is too little but very usefull

This is a great app to manage review on your store, it may seem expensive but it is worth it. You even have a mail part to promote client to poste a review.
