Perfect app for reviews. You can add pictures and have a verified review. Good for growth and conversions.
Easy to use. Love the format and how it works for users and viewers of the site. The picture request portion seems to be missed by some of my reviewers as they have said "there wasn't a request for a picture" but I verified it asks the reviewer but they may just hit the skip button as they assume it is some sort of sign up....maybe.

Loox allows you to personalize the Review form text directly from your Loox admin. This can help make it clearer to your customers that they can leave a photo.

really like the imprt feature. Hopefully it generates some conversions!! not 100% sure about the review chaser emails yet but will do some exploring

I freaking LOVE Loox. We've used many review apps before, and Loox is the best of all of them. Hands down. It does a great job of collecting customer reviews in the background, and as a result we get a continuous stream of reviews, which is phenomenal for our business.
