Ich hatte ein Problem bezüglich Einstellungen bei LOOX und habe den Support kontaktiert. Innerhalb von 1 Stunde kam eine persönliche E-Mail von LOOX, in der sie nach meinem Anliegen fragten. Ich schilderte mein Problem und innerhalb von kürzester Zeit bekam ich eine super leicht verständliche Anleitung wie ich den Zugriff für LOOX einrichte. Daraufhin hat LOOX mir alles - wie ich wollte - eingestellt. Und jetzt läuft es so, wie ich das möchte. Ich bin begeistert von diesem Support - damit hätte ich nicht gerechnet. Antworten per Mail super schnell, alles sehr verständlich erklärt - einfach perfekt!!
