Jason was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty program we used. We have added Loyalty Lion to both our websites. Will update a few months in once we have further data on how well the programs work.

Great Service from First Contact to Launch. Jonathan was with us for each step of the onboarding and responded thoroughly to the many enquiries we had prior to launch. The app is intuitive and easy to use, while the Analytics are a big plus that will allow us to bring our Loyalty game to the next level. Recommended !

During the sales process we were contacted on an almost weekly basis to get us to sign up. Since signing up, we've received pretty limited levels of support since the onboarding process was complete. When trying to schedule time for a quick call to walk through things, we get avoided and passed on to other people.
Be prepared to figure this all out on your own if you do go ahead with it. We're left pretty disappointed, especially given the cost and will look for alternatives before investing too much more in this.
