I needed help to get started with this app I called at 8:30 at night expecting a voice mail...which i got! But by the time i was going to leave a message nick was calling back on the other line! He stayed on the phone and even logged into my account when we hit a snag and once he showed me how it works it's soooo easy!!! Thanks so much def. recommend this app!

This is the only mega menu app on Shopify that could do what we needed it to do. I had tested the other mega-menu apps, and they're customer support doesn't compare to Meteor, and I'm having much better luck with this app than the other ones. If I'm confused about how something works, or if I need a special customization, their support team is quick to help.

Blown away with their customer service. Josiah responded promptly to emails - does this guy sleep? Great app - however their customer service is a big value add and worth the monthly cost on it's own. Love the mega Nav that includes changing images as the user hovers. Allows user-friendly organization of my large inventory - I feel it gives me an edge over the competition.
