very good professional people looking to solve issues as fast as they can. Very polite and knowledgeable also I was helped by Challi, she stayed up for over 30 minutes to make sure I was satisfied and that everything was fine. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!

very high customer service.
I need set up 2 apps, and within 1 minute, i first get answer from Daniel, who was very clear and easy to explain the next step.
After this chat, another problem shows up. This time i chat with Dylan, who also show me high customer service, and solve the problem in no time

I really like Bold apps, and how the seemelessly work together. I like how the Support team will install the code for you. And Brett at customer support really fixed my issue super quick.

I'd love this app even more, if I could set different prices for specific products, in specific currencies.

I am now changing my review, still minus a star because support is crap.
I have waited a few days after my request for support and no one replied so I left a 1 Star review to grab their attention which you will find below. This got their attention and they fixed the issue, from what I can see in a few hours.

This says to me a few things, 1 their support are competent working on their app but they only seem care about their reviews. I understand this is free and I appreciate that a lot. But that doesnt excuse bad customer support.

I appreciate you guys fixing the error and I do love this app. But I if I were to be honest, your customer support needs fixing.

If you take anything from this review, it isn't that the app is bad, its great, does its job well, but that support sucks so do not go adding this to your site until you have confirmed a time with one of their support to help you out, so as nothing goes wrong and you dont have to shut your site down for a while to fix an issue.
Great app, crappy support.

If you intend to use Bold's Multi Currency app in combination with the Bold Cashier app as a way to sell in multiple currencies from one Shopify store, be careful.

Stripe attempted to charge a customer the equivalent of *$47,000* instead of $500 because the bold apps mis-converted a sale in Japanese yen. So the customer saw the correct price in their own currency on checkout, but stripe tried to charge their card almost 100 times more. Luckily (obviously?) the card declined the charge.

I only realized this happened a few weeks later when looking closely at stripe and seeing a customer (whose info was not saved in Shopify or in Bold..) had tried to order something in yen.

This also led me to realize that the Bold Cashier app will not save any abandoned carts/checkouts at all, despite claiming it saves them. And if you disable Shopify's checkout to use Bold Cashier as the checkout, Shopify will not save abandoned carts anymore.
