Okendo is truly best in class for reviews. Their tools, integrations with other major e-comm platforms, and overall set up is exemplary. The dashboard is super easy to navigate and the onboarding process was turnkey and seamless. Their team provides white-glove service and sets up the entire process (especially if merging from another platform) for you. We're so excited to be working with them and highly, highly recommend.
After using Yopto we decided to make the switch to Okendo. We really like how our customers can leave reviews on various product attributes; this allows us to glean better insights than just a simple star rating. Customer service is great from both online agents and our dedicated account manager.

Their support team is great and always available to answer questions promptly. Yesterday, I needed assistance with the coding on my site to adjust the centering of review images - a ticket was created and the issue resolved within a couple of hours. Super helpful and easy!
The Okendo team has been great (and very responsive, with quick turnaround) at helping us migrate our reviews from another reviews platform, as well as helping us set up the reviews requests, and flows. I love that there are reminders for reviews and that you can offer rewards to customers (ie a discount) to incentivize and thank them for taking the time.
