Super smooth onboarding process. They walked us through every step and quickly addressed hickups. They were also very accommodating with our design customization requests and were able to make the emails and the website widget match our brand aesthetic and color scheme. Meriem is great! She responds to emails fast and is knowledgeable about the app. 5 stars!
