Super easy to install and looks great on our site. Cuts down on our customer service which is a huge plus. Josh worked with us to customize it and his customer service was great!

It used to be $10 flat, but it's now $10 and 0,05$ per order. They are better alternatives for flat fee.
If you installed the app long time ago, you are fine, but if you are new, don't bother, it will cost you tons of money.
Scum bags- just started charging me whatever they wanted. I agreed to $10 a month. WTF
Only had this a few days, but it's already helped our customer service so much.. and the support is TOP NOTCH! Love this. Thank you.
Free trial is working well so far, couldn't find any other app like this one- it works very well and is super easy to install.

This app simplifies how my customers would be able to look up their orders. i love it! And I know my customers will love it too!
I am very impressed with Order Look Up. This system is so easy to use , just follow the instructions and everything will be smooth. Im new at ecommerce and Order Look Up makes my job so much easier and it saves me hours everyday. If you are new to ecommerce or even a seasoned pro and you want to save countless hours of time, I would high recommend Order Look Up, it is the very best by far. I have tried the other services like Order Look Up but they don't even come close to Order Look Up. Order Look Up was recommended to me by my mentor Mr. Fred Lam who is very well know Internationally - a Ecom Marketing Guru. So if a Marketing Guru and a Newbe like myself is impressed by it, well thats speaks for itself. So I would highly suggest everyone use Look Up and you will also save time and enjoy it.
