I have the shoptimized theme. Because of this some things had to be changed. The customer service and technical service is good, you'll be helped until you're satisfied.
We reconfigured how we merchandize product collections using this app. It has been extremely helpful in creating a better shopping experience for our customers. The team was also very helpful when duplicating extensive filter trees to additional stores.
