Works smooth, i tried a lot of apps lately , so far this one works the best!
I emailed them so they can set the app for me, it took them 48 hours which was a little bit slow since i needed it for my store, but still it works great !

I added this app to the Brooklyn theme. It was working about 70% correctly out of the box. I reached out to the Hulk Code team and they got it set up perfectly for me.

They really went above and beyond to get the app set up exactly how I wanted it to run in my store.

Added app to supply theme and it was a mess. It showed things properly some places and ultimately charged them the base price regardless of options chosen. I reached out to the HulkApps team and asked for their help resolving the problem (instructions said to replace code x with code y, but code x didn't exist). They opened a ticket and asked us to create a staff account for them, which we reluctantly did. Over the course of the next couple business days we saw little improvements to the functionality, getting closer to operational. Today they came through and got their system fully functional on our store. They exceeded my expectations, especially for a free app, and while the lack of communication during their troubleshooting phase was a little disconcerting, then ultimately came through spectacularly and I'm left totally satisfied with then product and without complaints.

Moral of the story is these folks stand behind their product and will go to ridiculous lengths to get you squared away.

This app has a lot to offer! You get so many different options to choose from and if you ever need any help their support team is right there ready to help you with anything you need!

I have tried several option apps and this one is the best for my store. I have several different options for each handmade product and this app has it all! Thank you for providing this app!!!

After trying for a week to get color swatches to work I found this app. I wanted to apply color swatch options to my products. When I had a little trouble getting it to work properly I messaged customer service on what I could do to fix what I didn't like or what was broken. They responded within a few hours and in one day they fixed what I messed up. Stellar service and the changes are exactly what I wanted.

I am so grateful for this app and the team behind it. there was a few issues at first but once i emailed the team, they swiftly dealt with them. very happy with it!

Perfect app for product options, once you can get it all set up and working properly. It was conflicting a little with my current theme but Hulk App people were nice enough to finally help me, took a while. The app is free, I love a free app but I wouldn't mind paying for it if it would mean Hulk would add in a little better support and also add the feature to be able to used coupon codes. I spent months trying to get this app set up and started using it and realized that there is a conflict between the app and the shopping cart and once you have the options applied to a product, that product can no longer use coupon codes at all. So customers can't use ANY coupon codes with any of my personalized products and that stinks. Hulk says they have plans for this feature in the near future but I can't wait so I have to change to a different app that is going to now cost me $20 a month, which I am not happy at all with. I have tried all the other options apps and they all are no good.
