This app makes updating products so much easier! I couldn't imagine our website without it. Their support is one of the best! I have never had an issue they did not resolve or enlighten me about (as in user error). Jeff was the lastest expert that helped me. While I didn't find this app all that intuitive at first, they continue to make improvements and customer service ultimately made our "I think this will work" plan a reality. We're very happy with the product.
This app has given us the option to offer more menu selections in our Shopify Store and we have been very happy. We did have one glitch with some old code and I was not able to fix it myself, I reached out to Bold Products Option customer support, there one of their staff Alina, had responded immediately and was there for me until the issues was quickly resolved. She even fixed some things with our code while she was in there. This was a great customer service experience for me. Thank you Alina and Bold Product Options!

Have had this app for some years now. It has it's issues, as it should. Customer service has improved over the years, I just had a great reminder of that. We've had a problem lingering for some years now, and it was never resolved. Today, I had the pleasure of reaching out and being helped by Alina. She found the answer, that answer didn't resolve the issue, but it was the one time I got a real answer to this problem. She then pointed me in the direction of a resolution that may help, time will tell, but the patience and understanding was worth the wait time, and the headache is now numbed and my confidence in this App has grown. The App does what it should do, does it well. It created a headache in the background, but that was resolved today. Thank you Alina.
The assistance provided by the Bold Team is amazing, the quick chat option is great for quick little questions and some harder lengthy items that need changing on our website is done in a timely manner with great communications during this process. The small videos sent to show how to fix it next time or to preview the changes made by the team is great.
the Product Options feature has been a HUGE benefit to our customers and has provided a high-profit income stream for us. We have had it for 7 years now and we continue to find new options to offer our customers.
